PRE-CONSULTATION

Define your goals, objective, theme, concept, timeline, and budget for the project.

Site visit within Klang Valley, Seremban, and Malacca RM 300-RM350++ per site visit (no design activity during the visit). Only discussion on requirements to prepare design quotation. Detailed design only being done after work order confirmation.

Booking for Site Visit / Design Work

QUOTATION

Based on site visit measurement and discussion outcome , quotation is provided for DESIGN phase only.

DESIGN fee : Subject to total area and work scope. Between RM2.50 - Rm15.00 per square feet (subject to total area and work scope).This is estimate price still subject to changes. The larger the area the lower the rate.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN DISCUSSION

In depth discussion on concept including theme, material, decoration, color scheme, area function, layout, etc.

Max: 2-3 discussion meeting not more than 2 hours per meeting.

MOOD BOARD PRESENTATION

Based on conceptual design meeting outcome, our team shall compiled a mood board that presented the overall concept / ideas per defined area. This shall form the Design Basis for the project. The moodboard will also consist of Furniture Layout Plan (FLP) and Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP).
Remarks: Only 2 revision of this DESIGN BASIS is allowed. Full design work is subject to finalizing this activity.

DETAILED DESIGN - FURNITURE LAYOUT

The layout schematic will be presented. This layout is the arrangement of furniture of each designated area such as living room, bedroom, kitchen, etc.

Remarks: Only 2 revision of this drawing is allowed.

DETAILED DESIGN - 3D

A 3D model will be build based on outcome from conceptual design, mood board, and layout schematic as discussed in previous sections. Customer will be presented via "walk through" of this 3D model.

Remarks: Only 2 revision of the model is allowed that is within agreed scope and salient points of previous activities.

DETAILED DESIGN - ELEVATION DRAWING

This drawing is the detailed 3D model in 2D view. The purpose is mainly to showcase elevation or dimension of cabinetry, furniture, wall panel, and other design elements. This drawing is based on the FINAL 3D model approved by the customer.

Remarks: Only 2 revision of this drawing is allowed.

DESIGN CLOSE OUT PRESENTATION

This activity is to summarize the whole design outcome. During this stage the commercial part of the design is discussed in view for BUILD phase.

Remarks: AZMAN Academy will provided quotation for BUILD phase during this stage.
