A deposit of RM500 is required before design work begins. 3D design price for an empty house, approximately RM1.75 per foot. The price rate for 3D design for the house along with interior decoration, per foot is approximately RM2.50.
What's Included This house plan set has the following details: Foundation plan Detailed floor plans Elevations (all four sides) Sections 3D model views Electrical plans These items are NOT included: Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required Site Plan - handled locally when required Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this Energy calculations - handled locally when required Delivery This is a 100% digital product. The plan will be delivered to you via email as a PDF file.
