Design Deposit

DESIGN Fee : Subject to the total area and scope of work. This is an approximate price still subject to change. The larger the area the lower the rate.
A deposit of RM500 is required before design work begins. 3D design price for an empty house, approximately RM1.75 per foot. The price rate for 3D design for the house along with interior decoration, per foot is approximately RM2.50.
